Since COVID hit our country and the world, we have worked hard to identify how our club could safely continue its service but in a safe way. One way was through regular participation at NC MedAssist, North Carolina's only non-profit prescription drug dispensary and over-the-counter provider to citizens of North Carolina without insurance. Our club, joined by many other Charlotte-area clubs has volunteered at NC MedAssist for since July 2020, sorting medications for distribution by those who should never have to decide between buying food or medicine.
