A Day In the Life of A Rotarian

A busy day today, working with a bunch of good people making things happen in Rotary District 7680!

This morning, I joined members of our Charlotte International Rotary Club who were at Samaritan's Feet International in Charlotte preparing shoes to be distributed within the United States to those in need. We processed roughly 800 pair.

In the afternoon, I went to NC MedAssist to process some OTC that the good people at MedAssist are providing to us for the benefit of some Afghan refugees we’ll be hosting at a community get-together in May. We’re collecting all kinds of items to be distributed and thankful for these kind donations. After we were done, we sorted medicines to finish up our shift. Many thanks to members from Charlotte International, Mecklenburg County- South Rotary, Rotary Club of Charlotte, and my club, Charlotte Dilworth Rotary. The last three pictures are what 120 donated bags of OTC looks like in your car!!

I am so grateful to all who participated today!
